There is no need to contact us when an owner booking is made. We are notified automatically by email and the booking is placed in our system.

COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING: We market your vacation home through a variety of distribution channels to get the highest nightly rates possible in order to help you achieve the maximum rental income potential for your property. We recognize that competitive pricing of your home is extremely critical. It is very important that we do not market your property with a price point which is either too high resulting in low occupancy, or too low whereby you would receive high occupancy, but lower revenues.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: We are available to you if you have any questions or concerns. We value you not only as our customer, but also as part of our family.

COST: Our monthly management fee includes around the clock coverage for your home. This monthly investment allows us to properly staff our team so that we can service your home to the most professional standards. Our commission structure is 15% on bookings we place in your home. These funds are also reinvested to market your property.
